Thank you for the recommendation of Lagos as a Portuguese holiday location and also the Iberostar Hotel. Both were ideal for what we wanted/needed at this time. Lagos is a great town to be based near when exploring the Algarve with the help of a rental car, and the staff at the hotel were wonderful. Great service in a really nice hotel. The Junior Suite was definitely worth it for the view alone.

I just wanted to reach out and say thank you so much for organising such an amazing honeymoon for us. I'm definitely converted to cruises now. Everything was just amazing and there's not a single thing I could fault. The transfer from airport to the ship was seamless. The Celebrity reps were waiting for us at the arrivals hall and from the word go they were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. On the ship, everything was super organised and the food onboard was top class. I actually couldn't get over the staff - everyone was so genuinely friendly and helpful. Equally when we arrived to Athens, our driver was waiting for us at the port and took us to the airport. The short flight was smooth sailing and our bags were off in no time. Again, our driver was waiting for us and took us to Domes Zeen Chania, which was worth every penny. Again, the staff were amazing and the semi-private pool was just as good as being private so it was a lovely peaceful setting for the 5 nights there.

Mandy booked us a 10 night stay in USA taking in New York, Boston and Washington. It was the best service we ever got. The places she booked were much better that what we expected. We had the most amazing honeymoon organized by Mandy. She arranged flights for us that 2 other travel companies had told us were not possible (we fit in a lot of destinations) and they didn't cost the earth. Even when our travel plans changed at the last minute one phone call to Mandy sorted everything out! The accommodation she arranged was second to none, I couldn't fault any one of the hotels / apartments that she had booked for us. I booked for 26 of my family to go to Zakynthos through Mandy in Travel Counsellors. Mandy was able to satisfy all our different requests. Then Thomas Cook pulled out of Ireland and scuppered our plans by cancelling our flights. This meant that 60,000 other holiday makers who had booked with Thomas Cook were also on the market looking for holidays. That is when Mandy really went to work. She was fantastic. Within hours of the Cooks news breaking she was on the case. Rebooking and changing flights to ensure that we could all get to the town we wanted to stay in and getting accommodation sorted again for everyone. Mandy is always a great help. We wanted to organise a trip to Portugal to the World Rally Championship; 3 of us were travelling from Dublin and one from the UK.
